Crayon art

We have been having lots of fun creating crayon art work where we have had to work together to complete our pieces. One of us had to hold a cup over a silhouette while the other is melting the crayons with a hair dryer. For many of us this was the first time using a hair dryer. 

Jump Jam

This afternoon we had the pleasure of Room 4's company where we all participated in Jump Jam. 

Maths with materials

During maths time today Calab, Dakota, Tanika, Tegan and Nicole were learning to use the abacus to show how many tens are in numbers like 87 and 42. We had fun checking out each others understanding.

Tango dance moves

Today was the first day of dance with expert Rachel Ferguson. Here we are concentrating hard and learning the Tango Dance. There were some reluctant children but after some practice we were able to show off to our peers our sweet dance moves. Check us out!
